I've told you plenty of times to keep an eye on your email logs, and I'd bet most of you still don't. I don't really blame you. Scrolling through hundreds of entries is nobody's idea of a good time.
So the logs tend to get opened after something's already gone wrong. A customer asks where their receipt is, or a password reset never turns up, and then you go looking.
There's now an easier way. You can connect an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT to your site and ask it about your email. You can ask it which emails bounced this week, why a password reset failed, or which plugin is sending all this mail, and get a plain answer back.
I know some of you roll your eyes at AI (I do read your replies). But this is the boring, useful kind. It just reads the data you were never going to read yourself.
It's also read-only. The AI can look at your logs, but it can't change any settings or send anything, and you can disconnect it whenever you like.
